I have a Kyocera Rise that won't let me change the volume on any media or apps. I can control the ringer volume but the side volume control only affects the ringer volume even while I'm on the youtube app and the music player. Even turning the volume down in the settings screen does nothing. This is a replacement phone after my first Rise broke. I never had this problem with the first phone. I can't seem to find anything about this anywhere else.
