Help volume control

I find I often change the volume setting just by picking up the phone , as the control on LHS is just where I hold it.

Is it possible to lock the setting ?

phone is galaxy s3

I've downloaded a 5 star rated volume locker, and set locks on all sections, but when i press the rocker on LHS of fone, volume still changes.

Sometime you have to try more than one and 5 star doesn't always mean the best. I don't use one so can't point you to a specific one.
