Help volume controls stopped working

i had just realized that my volume controls on the right side had stopped working, is there some type of setting for this?

If you are talking about for the earpiece volume when you have the phone up to your ear? If so, you need to move the phone away from your ear so the auto screen lock disengages and your screen comes back on, then adjust your volume andresume your conversation. That what i have to do.

If you are referring to another situation, maybe someone else can answer that for you.

The volume controls have stopped working for what? Media? Incoming voice calls?

Have you recently (by accident or intentionally) pressed the volume down button to mute the device? ... etc.
