Help Volume down key: normal mode -> vibrate mode -> silent mode

On my old window mobile i have this feature:

Volume up/down side button is changing ringtone volume, then by pressing down phone goes to vibrate and next press of "volume down" turns phone into silent mode.


Is any way to do this functionality with android phones? Maybe some app? .. I know i can turn on/off vibration in settings, but its too slow and annoying.

A widget might be the solution for you. I have used Volume Control + to do this from your home screen but most of the phones I've used have this ability without the widget as well.
