Help Volume during a call

When people call me I can barely hear them they're really low but when i put them on speaker phone there voice is regular voulme of a call not on speaker. How do you fix the volume for incoming calls or outgoing calls to be louder even though the volume level is all the way up.

You've not said what device or software version, which may be relevant. But unless you are rooted there's probably not much you can do except make sure earpiece volume is set to max while you are in the call.
