Root volume fix?

I looked at it briefly. I highly doubt it would work. The G2 has a Snapdragon 800 and the Spectrum has a Snapdragon S3. That's a four-generation gap. The architecture is, most likely, completely different now. Besides, at this point, it's almost not even worth trying to improve the Spectrum's capabilities due to it being so outdated.
 
I disagree. If someone has the time & desire and others have the need... improvement is valued and in all honesty darwin's theory at it's best. To be human is to be more than the sum of one's initial state.
