Volume Problem

Recently my phone has started acting funny with the volume. I'll have it set to the halfway point and it will randomly jump up to the max settings. This is especially annoying when I have in ear phones and it almost deafens me or when I have music streaming through my radio at night while I'm sleeping and it wakes me up.

I haven't really DLed any new apps to account for this. Is anyone else having a similar problem with the phone?

I've had the same problem with mine, but funny it hasn't happened in a while. I couldn't figure it out myself. Any other takers?

I think this is a problem with Android in General....this has happened with many phones that use 4.0 or 4.1

i work in a phone store, and have countless amount of people tell me that their volume will go to max if it's set on anything other than silent or vibration.

Oh ok, thanks for the insight. It's pretty odd though. This really just started happening recently and I've had the phone since December.
