Help volume problem

Try running in Safe Mode (disabling all apps that were added without uninstalling them). If the problem stops then it was caused by an app that was added.
Power off button ... when dialog appears long press on Power off ... when dialog appears press OK

Also, can you give a little more information? Which volumes are turning down? The media volume, when he is playing music? The ringtone or notification tone, when he gets calls or notifications from text messages, emails, etc.? In call volume, when he is speaking on the phone? Bluetooth volume, hen he is connected to a headset or speaker? Or is it all or some of these?
