I know its strange,, hehehe,, but I keep inadvertently knocking ringer volume all the way to silent,,, guess i need to start locking the screen more...

So you leave the screen on when you put it in your pocket? why not just lock it before you toss it in your pocket? It takes like 2 seconds to unlock the phone and continue what you were doing.

When I first got this phone I was accidentally hitting the volume rocker all the time. Now, only SOME of the time . Trust me - It gets better with practice.
