Volume troubles, stuck on call volume

Hey there. For a couple of days I found something that is incredibly annoying. I have bluetooth headphones and, even though it is connected to my phone, the sound comes out of the phone and not the headphones.

I've also found that for some reason, if I change my volume at any time, it will show up as call volume. The only fix I've found is to restart my phone, but that is only temporary.

I'm looking for some help :^(
