Hi all,
I've had my DNA for a while, probably 5-6 months now. It has been awesome from day 1.
However, a couple days ago, the volume started being odd ONLY with headphones. The speaker plays great, but when I put in headphones, the volume is EXTREMELY low. YES, the headphone jack is all the way in, I am positive. YES, every single volume control you can think of is turned up all the way. I've tried playing with all the sound settings, and this problem is across the board for EVERY application (Netflix, games, music, etc.)
I have also tried multiple sets of headphones, still no bueno. Anyone else experience this? Anyone have a good direction to go in ?
As a side note, I want to add NO, I have not tried any of the numerous sound boosting applications. I never needed them before, and this issue randomly started happening. I'd rather fix the problem rather than apply a band-aid.
Any help is greatly appreciated,
Cheers!
