Help Volume turns off by itself daily

I suppose I might would describe this as random.

Then again it may occur at a particular time of day, or be related to the behavior of another app or unidentified event or setting.

The problem is that I never know it has happened until I discover the volume is off, which could be at any time.

have you tried rebooting the phone? you can also try putting the phone in safe mode. this prevents any 3rd party apps from running. if it stops in safe mode, then we know that an app you recently installed is doing this.

The problem is that it's random. It's been occurring for months. It hasn't happened yet today, and that spans 8 hours, but it's just a matter of time. I was hoping somebody recognized the problem.

If you have a case on the Galaxy s10e, take the case off and see if still happens.
