just putting my two cents in but if your phone is boot looping, (i think thats what its called) just coming up to the first lg screen i may have found a solution. at least its what worked for me. 
holding the regular pwr-voldown-home didnt work 
. so i started holding other key combos and got the pwr-volup-search and it booted right up 
then re-installed getitnowmarketing's recovery and viola. hope it helps
