Help Vortex loaner from Best Buy Quick Question?!

Best Buy gave me this Vortex as a loaner with no manual while HTC fixes my Incredible. My question is about what a certain widget icon is on this thing? I downloaded the manual.pdf, but that was a waste as it wasn't listed anywhere in there.

Question: So when I pull down from the top on this phone for the "Ongoing" information, there is a Power Control Widget along the top and from the left to right, they are: Ringer/Vibrate, WiFi On/Off, Bluetooth On/Off, GPS On/Off and the final one on the right which I can't figure out what it is? Please someone tell me!

The icon looks like a cell phone with two radio waves going off the top right corner.

From what I can tell, it turns the 3G data service on and off, if it is turned off and you aren't on wifi, you cannot access the internet

Location On
Iwas looking at my wifes friends vortex last night and saw that and this morning dld the vortex manual. Its means Location On. I did look and see her gps was not on then I asked her bout gps and she said she has to pay extra for gps. ??? i dont know so I will investigate it more when I se it again.:D
