Vpn isn't working Properly on Samsung J6

Few days ago VPN worked fine.
Then sudden when I started connecting vpn nothing works.
Chrome gives me (err connection refused) Other apps like Youtube,Facebook, Reddit wont work.
Just google.com works on chrome or firefox or any other browser.
Note:
1. I used several vpn apps
2. i used different Isps
3. I used different apps
4. Checked for data / power saver everything is off

You can only have one running, active VPN service at a time. Using multiple VPNs will just create connectivity problems.
Try going into your Settings >> Apps menu, tap on the Force stop button and then the 'Clear data' button, and then Uninstall for each of the VPN apps you have installed. Then be sure to restart your phone. (... don't skip that Clear data step, you want to remove all the config/settings files too) Now pick just one VPN service, install and configure its settings to see if your phone can get online access normally again.

I have 1 Vpn have installed everytime I try.
I just went through 2-3 vpn apps when my premium version wasn't working
