Lurker
First time poster, long time lurker.
I've tried searching / trawling for VPN help here, but haven't yielded any results - so here's my first thread!
I live in PRC and have a G6 HTC Legend. It's great - but I'm having trouble accessing Twitter, YouTube, etc sites blocked by the Great FireWall of China.
I've purchased a WiTopia VPN which is great at home. I've learned that the provider Chinese Mobile does not support VPN, and that the Legend is only able to access VPN when connecting via wireless.
However I can't get this to work - even when disabling encryption.
Any tips / pointers? The WiTopia wiki confesses that Android still has a wee way to go in supporting VPN.
Thanks very much for your erudite wisdom; please forgive me if my first post has already been extensively covered elsewhere.
