i got a message when i tried to connect to a vpn below the title i put it said IPSec VPN with certificates and hybird authentication and i dont know what it means please help

What is the make/model of the phone/tablet? It's possible that different manufacturers have a slightly different VPN client implementation.
Do you know what type of VPN you're attempting to connect to? Does it use preshared keys/certificates or a username/password for authentication?

The make/model is KXC21.5-40 and the make is Moto E the vpn server address is 44.12.44.2 idk if it uses preshared keys and it told me to create a username and password…oh I should mention that the VPN Server address is one I got from Google Images
Sure it wasn't asking for an existing username and password? Usually account credentials are required to log into a VPN server due to their secure status.
