Most of the members are from America.
I know Astrill VPN has servers in Turkey, and I believe supports SSL or TLS, although I've not tried this for myself. Fast, Secure & Anonymous VPN | Astrill VPN

You probably don't need to use a VPN in the US, because of unrestricted internet access.

I only head to four places pretty much throughout time though, some do not allow wifi in their buildings, you have to earn it sort of speak of it.
