Does anyone know the exact requirements? My brother and I are both looking to buy the Galaxy Nexus (whenever it does come out), but I was wondering if they would offer any discount. We're on a unlimited family plan for 4-years now with all bills paid on time.

Are there any official requirements or do you just call and see what will happen?

It's only for the primary line on the plan. It used to be called "New Every 2" and offered an extra $30-50 off your new device with a new 2 year obligation.
