vwallpaper app

Hi every one im new to the forum was just wondering if any one knows if there is a app that lets u uses videos as ringtones there is one for the i phone but can not seeam to find one for the hero its called vwallpaper on the iphone any one no of any apps like this ??

Sorry but this app seems to be i app only. It has been around for sometime, but as yet not adapted or remade for Android.

thanks for the info i have managed to find a app that dose it called vringo but the videos have to be no bigger than 2.5Mb and i can not seam to convert the videos down to that size any one any ideas ?? thanks
