Help VZ Mobile Hotspot

Anyone having issues with this? The app will not load for me and if I go into settings and choose Mobile Hotspot nothing happens, so I cannot enable it.

When you got the phone activated at the Verizon store they were suppose to give you a "Free Promo Period". Call customer service ( *611 ) and ask them to add this to your plan. It usually last 15 days or so.

This just started happening to me TODAY. My phone is not rooted and has the ED2 update installed. The Mobile Hotspot app was launching prior to today.
 
Its a known software issue it just happened last night. I talked to Verizon today they are working on getting it resolved with Samsung.
