prl is now 52686, i was wondering why my battery was drain when i got off from work... the prl auto updated :mad: this is why im glad i bought a spare battery

would you mind telling us what part of the US you're in? Just the region you don't have to say the town if you don't want to. Thanks :)

Just some more information I am on PRL: 52686 in Hudson County in NJ.

Is this PRL known to cause battery drain? I am not seeing it all though. I am sitting at my desk with a nice strong 4G signal and nothing out of the ordinary.

Excuse the newb ? but what is "PRL?"

New (5 days) Galaxy Nexus user here and trying to decide to hold onto it or return and get a different device. Grrrr! data connection issues, battery life, etc.

I'm one who switches 4g off and on, as I need it, use wi-fi when available. BUT, turning ON and getting it to connect 4g is almost impossible, usually have to re-start the device. I can't live with that.

Thanks

Just updated my phone (*22899) and I'm on 52686. At one point I think I wasn't able to do a *228(99) on the GNex but I'm running a custom rom (Liquid) and that's probably what allowed me to run it.
