Yea, nothing is any different from what they have now. Data plans for phones haven't been announced yet.

It will probably be a while before the LTE phones come out as well. I'd say probably next summer. First will be the LTE mifi devices then the phones. Pretty much how sprint did it.

Data cards and NOT smartphones. So this will not include our favorite devices. Correct?

just leaving some wiggle room for a tiered plan, methinks...
