Help [VZW] Screen Wont Shut Off While Charging

Ok this is starting to tick me off. I have it set to shut off in developer options but after a restart it is ticked again. I have been uninstalling recent apps but still have the same results. Any ideas?

Do you have any app at all (think hard) installed that is messing with this time out time?

Nope nothing at all.

With this happening and the update message (another thread) I'm getting in google wallet I am starting to get a bit concerned.
