Seriously, why can't we get at least similiar answers from Verizon Wireless reps. You call and get one answer, call back get another and go into a store and get yet another. It's amazing. I stopped by my local Verizon store yesterday to try and change my shipping address for my pre-ordered Razr. She said they couldn't change it because the order had already been processed. I asked if she had any idea on the shipping date and she said she had no idea...quoting by the 10th..blah blah blah. I've seen many different answers on other posts here.
It's ridiculous. How can a company as big as Verizon have such crappy customer service and keep their customers in the dark?
