Hi, I am currently developing an app that makes use of setting a wallaper for the device.
Can some one help me set the wallpaper so it doesnt scroll. If you dont know what i mean, i mean when you swith home screens by swiping, the background scrolls with the screens.
I would like to set a background/wallpaper that doesnt scroll, it stays fixed in its place.
Any help??
