Help Wallpaper issue

I just got my droid eris and when I save a wallpaper from one of the free backgrounds apps, it does not automatically appear in my albums folder. I found that i have to shut my phone off and turn it back on for the newly saved wallpaper to appear in my albums folder. Anyone have this issue or know what I might be doing wrong?

My backgrounds don't appear to save at all in my albums folder...

It saves them into the camera folder.
