Help wallpaper keeps setting back to default

Thank you for your help. I have a rooted t9300. I have titanium backup clearing my cache daily. For the past 3 months the home screen wallpaper keeps setting back to the default blue. When I choose a picture from my gallery it will stay saved less than a day and reset itself. The lock screen wallpaper works fine and ive tried setting both home and lock screen with the same picture but it still doesn't work. If I could only find the location of where the default wallpapers are stored id delete them! Ive tried data/data/, root explorer and no wallpaper pics.

Also my other default settings keep going back to default, like every time I go back to home it will ask which launcher I want, it wont save!

Please help, this default blue wallpaper is driving me crazy!

Day 2 and the wallpaper is back to default blue again! Please cant anyone tell me how to delete this awful thing off here? Next step will be a factory reset. Yes this wallpaper is that bad!

I have this problem too. MY device is set to reset after backup every night and in the morning, the old wallpaper is back. Doesn't matter what I change it to during the day, and all my wallpapers are on device, not on SD.

It's starting to drive me crazy...
