Wallpaper Services Issue

Sometimes when I swipe the lock screen to go back to the home screen, I get a 'Settings' button
brings up Widgets settings instead of the home screen.

Any idea how to stop this?

what phone do you have? are you using and custom launcher? are you using a custom lockscreen app? what widget setting does it bring up? what does it say? can you post a screen shot?
