I've been using this on android 4.3 because the default way to set wallpaper won't let me select the whole image in portrait. Wallpaper Wizadrii works but I noticed by accident today that it also fixes the standard way of selecting wallpaper. Instead of having a square grid that you can only make so big it now automatically selects the whole picture and doesn't scroll. I didn't see anything about this on the page for the app but either way It makes it much more simple!
