Help wallpapers for x10

Hi there. I have been tryin to make wallpaper for my x10. But everytime I create one it never fits. I want to make it just fit on my main screen which is the middle out of 3. When I have done this other times it seems to spread out. How can I overcome this? Thanks

It will always be visible on the other screens because when you go to the next screen, only a small part of the image becomes visible/invisible.

I guess through trial and error you can find the exact location and size of the middle screen, then put the rest in black or white?
