It brings into question the nature of an open market. I remember reading the post of the woman who searched, "Disney" and came up with some pretty interesting apps. I believe there was effort to get that app out of the marketplace but it gets me thinking.
Is there a way to keep the marketplace open, however filter the search results so that "those" apps don't come up? I know Google already has their moderate safe search etc. on the web, do you think it would be a stretch to implement that on the android market yet still keep it open source?
