Have a look at Camera360 which is free on Google Play. It has a wealth of options far greater than the stock camera.Even items such as HDR, once you take a shot you can pick from different strengths and types.

if you want the stock camera and just the ability to save pics/videos to an sd card, there is camera jb+

i've purchased camerazoom fx and it is glitchy - freezes when switching to video, and sometimes the pictures come out 100% black

procapture is another good one if you're looking for something "not stock"
