Root Wanting to get rid of some menu items

I would like to 'clean up' my DROID X.
Rooted
I would like to remove these but do not know if it will
harm the phone and do not know how to remove them.

Things I would like to remove:
Amazon Kindle
Backup Assistant-VERIZON
Blockbuster
CarDock
DLNA-What is it? Do I need it?
Media Share-Do I need it?
My Accounts-VERIZON-Do I need it?
My Verizon Mobile
News & Weather
Play Books
Skype
Social Networking
VZ Navigator-There are 2 'Navigations on the phone
 
Listed as safe or not safe to remove.
Use Titanium Backup to remove\freeze /system apps.

SAFE - DLNA-What is it? Do I need it? --Used for windows files sharing.
SAFE - Media Share-Do I need it? No
SHOULD BE SAFE - My Accounts-VERIZON-Do I need it? Don't think so, but freeze it just in case before removing.

I installed the 'free' version of Titanium but you can't freeze apps, only with paid version, so I purchased 'pro' version.
Hope this helps with the data leak I was having
