i want to route my phone but always get lost in links.codes and letters. i have previously rooted this phone via ODIN so know how it all works. i just need to know what kernel i need as the last time i rooted and then unrooted it to take it back to the shop the only kernel i got to work downgraded me back to gingerbread and it took ages to install everything back.

could someone please post me a direct link to the best kernel i need to root my phone with the current info above. also i need the direct link for the stock kernel just incase it does need to go back again. direct links only please because ill just get lost or f something up

last but not least. i know titanium backup is the best for backing up things. but is there some app out for unrooted phones so i can backup before i root?
