Warp 4G with 1GB RAM ...Where is the 1GB?

I'm watching on my phone the memory RAM (Settings - Apps - Running) and it says 779MB (545MB used and 234MB free). So, where are the others 245MB?

Does it have a better explanation?

Yeah it's kinda ridiculous how much RAM the os takes up. But I was reading up on that and the graphics processor is the thing you'll never actually "see" taking up RAM even though it is. Which would probably account for the missing RAM
As for the manufacturers advertising the wrong spec..I don't think so. they have to show correct "installed" ram. they can't just advertise whatever they want. They have no control over how much RAM the operating system will take up
