Help Warranty Repair

Back in January '14 I purchased my Nexus 5 through WIND Mobile in Canada. From a long while ago, my NFC wasn't properly responding, and now my vibration motor only works sometimes.

WIND has a warranty, and LG has a warranty. I'm afraid that if I take my phone to WIND, they might not find anything wrong with the phone, deny my claim, and I might not be able to make a request anymore. My warranty ends in 11 days. What should I do? Is there anything I *can* do?

Now it works sometimes, but its unpredictable.
 
If it ends in 11 days anyways you may as well try. And they can't really deny future claims because they couldn't find something wrong once...
