So I have an HTC Legend that I bought second hand. The guy said he bought it from Virgin Mobile (CAN), but I can run Rogers on it. So does the phone company itself have a warranty (HTC) or is it just Virgin? And anyway of checking? Just calling Virgin? Or does Virgin take care of HTC warranty? The usual one year?
