As it says ...... wasnt long before my first question.
cant get my pc to recognise my hero.
Downloaded htc sync but its saying its disconected.
Any ideas ..... yes I did a search

Version of HTC Sync?

32 Bit Or 64 Bit?

What version of HTC Sync do you have?

Click on Help > About within the Sync app.

2.0.8 should fix a lot

After connection to PC via USB you should have notification on your phone and chose "Sync with PC"
