Watch ESPN?

I've downloaded the app, registered with my TV provider (Verizon Fios) and keep getting this error message "The Subscriber Is Not Found". I can't figure out what is wrong or who I can contact to get it fixed. Can anyone here help me with either?

Well that sounds like you have the wrong username or something, which would be something you would need to call Verizon about.

No first check if you can watch espn via the website espnnetworks.com. if you can, then the problem is obviously not with fios.

Apparently this is a known issue on some phones that espn is trying to fix. Im having the same problem w fios on my droid pro. Sux.
