No need to delete any apps. When those apps update, or scan something they can easily use 40% or more of the cpu resources for just a few seconds. That's enough to trigger the watchdog alert. You can raise the threshold at which watchdog triggers an alert so you don't get them all the time. Just open watchdog, press the menu key and choose preferences. You'll see all the watchdog settings.
