Help Watching TV on my Pendo Pad

Hello everyone,
I have a Pendo 4.0 Multitouch 7".
I've been tryi ng to do catchups on some TV shows on Channel 7 (7plus). The program will start loading but then a message will cme up saying ? : "We're sorry, This video format is not supported on this device."
Can anyone give me some advice for a novice?
all help will b gratefully accepted.

Hello (again ) Tonya.

I'm wondering which video format is being rejected by the device's widget.

One option is to go into the Play Store and search around for multi-format apps/widgets, but first let's see what other Pendo users have to say about that issue.

Hang in there; we'll get it going for you one way or another (I'm going to do some searching on this).
