Help WatchOn on CM 11?

Is there anyway to keep WatchOn and maybe S Health after switching to CM 11? Are there any other AOSP ROMs that keep those apps?
 
WatchOn can be backed up by any backup program, and restored to CM. Or you can download it from Play.
