Water indicator

Where is it on the Eris? I sold my phone to gazelle.com and they just sent me an email saying the water indicator was red. There's just no way. I thought I read somewhere that it's in the charging port? Any help is appreciated. I've sold two other phones to this company without a problem I'm not sure what the deal is.
 
Pic way too big.. anyway, take the battery cover off, the battery can stay in.. the indicator is at the bottom on the charger port.
