Help .wav not working

The phone system at work sends emails when we get a voicemail in a .wav format which is supposedly supported but the files won't open for me. Anyone else have this problem or know of an app that will add support?

I'm not sure if it will work. There's been a lot of problems with the email app. An update is coming on December 11 for the droid. Hopefully these problems will be fixed.
