I have been using wavesecure for about a year now. At first I could lock my phone in seconds from the website. Now it takes about 4 minutes to lock/unlock from the website. I have no problem locking the phone from another phone.
Just wan't to hear if any others are having the same problem. Because I'm trying to convince McAfee's support that it's not my phone there is the problem.
