Help Way for my phone to "remember" apps in toolbar?

Hi all!

I keep as many apps as possible on the SD card so I keep space open in the internal memory. This works pretty well, but there is one little issue that drives me crazy. I keep two shortcuts to apps on the SD card in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen, and every time I restart my phone I lose those shortcuts. It's not a difficult fix (I just drag them back into it), but it is annoying. Is there anyway I can set my phone to remember that those apps are there? I know it is connected to them being on the SD card, but I haven't been able to figure out a fix.

Certain apps need to be on phone for this. I have had this issue with Titanium and Astro. Try moving those 2 apps to phone, then reboot. See if they "stick" then....
