Well guys,
After going though fb group I came to know there are many ppl with damaged luck button (just like me).
So here is the solution,
Install go locker.
Enable the volume button to unlock.
Now when your screen is in sleep mode,
Just press the volume key N screen wakes.
P.S: The above method works always in ics by sagarwep.
N very less in blue terror as rom is a bit slow
