What was your email to them? Cause the boost rep said sorry for the confusion but the correct phone software is 4.1.2, maybe implying that you thought the current version was 4.4.
Maybe the rep read it wrong/too fast/or its a generic response cause many other users prior to this asked and they've got replies saying its delayed or coming out later, but it might be too early to call it "case closed" and also boost can get sued (maybe) for false advertising so its either say yes/no/or we're working on it
