Weather app better than accuweather?

I like the Weather Underground app. It has the option to display weather information from personal weather stations that upload their data to weather underground. You can see weather data from your own station. Or, if you don't have a weather station, from someone who lives nearby.
 
WB Elite all the way for me. Lots of great weather apps available, but it just depends on where you live and work. The key is where the weather info is coming from, like a local airport, weather bug school station, or backyard station, and how far away from the station you are. I like WB because the school reporting station is only 1/2 mile away.
 
I like accuweather but get annoyed with it not updating every hour like I have it set to. Anyone know what's causing this? Should I just try another weather app?

I had to uninstall it though. The developer can't seem to work out the wakelock issues. Love it but it doesn't love my battery!

when was the last time you tried it?i have not noticed any probs.
 
Many will disagree, but I still like The Weather Channel app the best. I like it mostly for the ability to select to be notified by the level of severe weather in the area. For example, I only want my notifications to go off for the most severe weather (like tornado warnings) and not for stuff like fog warnings. Last time I looked, the others could not do that.
